Ingredients:
- Vasha’s Burger Patties (any)
- Vasha’s Fries (any)
- Vasha’s Sliced Cheese
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Pickles
- Hamburger Buns
- Your favorite seasonings
- Condiments as necessary
Method:
Take your Vasha’s Burger Patties and season both sides of each burger with salt, pepper, and your favourite seasonings.
Heat a gas grill or skillet to high. Brush the burgers with oil. Grill the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the
first side, about 3 – 5 minutes. Flip over the burgers. Cook burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the second side.
Add the cheese, if using, to the tops of the burgers during the last minute of cooking and top with a basting cover, close the grill
cover, or tent the burgers with aluminum foil to melt the cheese.
In the meanwhile, deep fry or pan fry your Vasha’s Fries (straight, crinkle cut, or homestyle) until golden brown.
Sandwich the hot burgers between the buns and serve immediately with your favourite veggies and condiments.
